01. Brand Principles & Data Models

FlexVel builds focused, lightweight, and privacy-conscious Android utilities. We design our software to minimize unnecessary cloud reliance and give users maximum autonomy over their information.

Depending on the specific application you use, data is handled under distinct architectural models:

• Monetix (Strictly On-Device): Monetix is a 100% offline personal finance manager. All expense logs, income entries, categories, budgets, and accounts are stored strictly on your local device storage. FlexVel operates no servers holding your financial transactions. You are solely responsible for initiating local backups through the in-app export tools.
• NoteNow (Offline-First with Cloud Sync): NoteNow functions offline by default, storing your notes and checklists locally. In addition, NoteNow provides an integrated cloud synchronization option powered by your personal Google Account to synchronize notes across your authorized devices.

02. NoteNow Google Cloud Sync

When you enable cloud synchronization within NoteNow:

• Google Account Authentication: Authentication occurs directly via Google Identity Services. FlexVel never receives, processes, or stores your Google password or master account credentials.
• Storage Infrastructure: Your synchronized notes and checklists are transmitted securely and stored within your private Google cloud storage environment (such as Google Drive AppData or associated Google Cloud services).
• Third-Party Terms: By enabling Google sync, you acknowledge that your storage and authentication are also governed by the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• Bi-Directional Synchronization: Synchronization is bi-directional. Deleting or modifying a note or task on one synced device will propagate that deletion or update to your cloud storage and all other linked devices.
• Account Access: You are solely responsible for the security of your Google credentials (including 2-step verification). FlexVel cannot restore access to a lost, locked, or suspended Google account.

03. Financial Disclaimer (Monetix)

Monetix is provided strictly as an informational and self-organization budgeting tool.

• Not Certified Advice: FlexVel and Monetix do not provide certified financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice. The software is not a banking service, escrow provider, or licensed broker.
• No Fiduciary Relationship: Use of Monetix does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship. You alone are responsible for verifying your financial numbers and making budgeting, spending, and investment decisions.
• Currency Conversions & Calculations: Currency exchange rates and calculated summaries are provided for reference only. Exchange rates may be cached or sourced from public mid-market data feeds. FlexVel does not warrant that calculations are error-free or sufficient for official tax filings or commercial accounting.

04. Productivity & Content Disclaimer

NoteNow and our productivity tools are designed for general everyday note-taking, checklists, and personal organization.

Our Services are not designed for life-critical, emergency, medical, hazardous, or high-risk situations where application delays or software failure could lead to physical harm, personal injury, or severe financial or environmental damage.

05. License & Usage Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FlexVel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to install and use our Apps on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our Apps;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of any component of the Services;
• Distribute, lease, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the applications without prior written agreement;
• Circumvent or tamper with application security controls, PIN protections, or licensing verifications;
• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

06. Google Play Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

FlexVel apps offer both free essential tiers and optional PRO / Premium feature upgrades:

• Payment Processing: All in-app purchases, subscription billings, and renewals are handled exclusively by Google LLC via the official Google Play Billing API. FlexVel does not collect, view, or retain your payment card or banking details.
• Subscription Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time directly through Google Play: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Lifetime Access: Lifetime or one-time payment options grant permanent access to PRO features for the lifespan of that application version on supported Android platforms.
• Refunds: All refund requests are governed by Google Play Refund Policies and must be initiated through Google Play Support.

07. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services — including visual interfaces, software code, graphic designs, icons, color schemes, logos, typography, audio assets, and documentation — are the exclusive property of FlexVel and its creators.

"FlexVel", "Monetix", "NoteNow", and associated logos are proprietary brand identifiers. You may not use these marks in connection with any third-party product or service without explicit prior written authorization.

08. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLEXVEL APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

FLEXVEL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FREEDOM FROM PROGRAM ERRORS, DEFECTS, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

09. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLEXVEL, ITS FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of data, financial records, notes, personal profits, or business opportunities;
• Device malfunctions, storage corruption, or accidental deletion of local records;
• Interruptions or failures caused by Google Play Services, network outages, or third-party cloud downtime.

In all cases, FlexVel’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to FlexVel for the application in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident, or twenty-five US dollars ($25.00), whichever is less.

10. Termination & Changes to Terms

Termination: You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling our applications and discontinuing use of our websites. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services or revoke app licenses for violations of these Terms.

Changes: We may revise these Terms periodically. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated. Continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the modifications.
